At Uniworld Food Equipment, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions.

1. Return Authorization:
- Merchandise must have an approved Return Authorization before returning.
2. Restocking Charges:
- A restocking charge of 25% of the returned merchandise invoice amount will apply, with a minimum charge of $25.00.
- Returns of used equipment are subject to inspection, and a restocking charge of 50% will be applied.
3. Return Shipment:
- Return shipment must be prepaid by the customer.
4. Merchandise Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only for current merchandise.
- Items must be in their original cartons and in new, saleable condition.
5. Authorization Number:
- The Return Authorization number must be clearly stated on the packing list.
6. Special Orders and Non-Stock Items:
- Special orders or non-stock items are not eligible for return.
