The USK-6000S is a 10.5-quart soup kettle with a all stainless steel finish. It features adjustable temperature control and a removable stainless steel inner pot for easy cleaning, along with a hinged lid assembly. The metal base is insulated to protect from heat buildup. This model is ETL and NSF-8 approved and operates on 110V.
